Starting with Krivo, the sales rep, all the way thru completion of the project, it was a very good experience. The installers were Alex and Steve who introduced themselves on arrival. They were friendly, competent and totally cleaned up the job site after completion. The bathtub/shower looks great and we are very happy. With the lifetime guarantee on products, we are very satisfied with our decision to choose Prime Baths for our project.
