Krivo came out for an estimate and helped us pick out a tub and shower unit. He was so helpful and honest. Bill and Lennon replaced our old tub and surround with our new beautiful tub and surround in 8 hours!! They installed our new shelves, safety bar, and all new fixtures. They also cleaned everything up. They were amazing!! It was a very positive experience for us. Thank you so much!! I will definitely recommend prime baths to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.

Prime Bath took out our tub and shower unit and installed a beautiful walk in shower!! I set up the appointment for a qoute and Mike came out and he was very nice. He explained everything they were going to do. Showed us options and answered all our questions. We scheduled the installation. Steve, Alex and Tony came to do it. They were on time and the nicest men ever. I had a doctors appointment so we had to leave. We were gone for a couple hours and when we came back the old tub and shower was out and and the new shower floor unit was already in. They were working hard on getting ready to install the walls. They made sure we liked the bench hieght and the placing of the shelves before installing them. After they were done they did a wonderful cleanup. We were very impressed by the work these 3 men did. We will totally 100 percent recommend this company and their employee’s!

We did a tub-to-shower conversion. Steve and Alex were extremely professional and friendly. They filled us in on the phases of the job, and put up with my persnicketiness when I came home from work toward the end of the day. They also cleaned up during and after. Wonderful. The result looks splendid and we are very happy to have used Prime Baths, not just for the work but also for the reasonable price!

Starting with Krivo, the sales rep, all the way thru completion of the project, it was a very good experience. The installers were Alex and Steve who introduced themselves on arrival. They were friendly, competent and totally cleaned up the job site after completion. The bathtub/shower looks great and we are very happy. Alex and Steve did the remodeling in all 3 of our bathrooms and did a wonderful job (and it only took them one week !). They were very communicative about everything including finding some rotting wood behind the shower and how they could fix it and also were happy to facilitate any small last minute requests including installing our bidets on our toilets. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were super sweet with our dogs even though they barked at them every day lol. Our new bathrooms look incredible and don’t leak anymore. New shower with grab bar. Double heads and shelves are beautiful! We worked more than once to make sure I could reach the shower head. All was done in a day, with accurate estimate of when they could install after I ordered. Earlier this summer my wife and I had Prime Baths put in a new walk-in shower. Every step of the process was great. They came out and gave us a quote within a week of us requesting one. We only had to wait a couple of weeks for them to come and install it. Steve and Alex should up on time to do the install. A shower and 2 toilets. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. Because we live in a manufactured home it was a little more involved so Steve and Alex only got one toilet put in. They told us someone would be out soon to finish the job. 2 days later Jason shows up on time to finish the job. Jason had the job done in about 1/2 an hour. I am so happy with my new shower. Everyone at Prime Baths was great to deal with. I would highly recommend them! What are the errors that keep me from submitting?

It is so much safer for me with my MS. Had a hard time lifting my legs over the old bathtub and the new walk in shower with seat is perfect. The guys had the job completed in less than 9 hours and it looks amazing!

Steve and Alex who installed new shower arrived on time, prior to starting job they covered floors and stairs leading to bathroom. Steve and Alex installed a entirely new shower in our master bath and it looks amazing. They also installed a vanity and a new toilet in the same bath. Our second bath got a new toilet, shower fixtures and vanity faucet. All this was completed in less then two days. They were both very professional and courteous. We had a walk-in shower installed yesterday. We absolutely love it. Alex and Steve did the installation. They were very polite and informative. They covered the floors and cleaned up afterwards. Even swept up some dog hair. Lol. Although a little pricey, it’s easy to clean and comes with a lifetime warranty. Although you can get a glass door installed, we opted to keep our curtain. I like to change them from time to time for a different look. They scheduled us quickly and kept the appointment. Everything was done in a day. They also disposed of all the trash.

The job was to update existing shower. Krivo was our salesman he explained everything that needed to be done and responded in a timely manner to questions we had when contacted. The project came out better than expected and was completed in one day. Steve and Alex were the installers and they did an awesome job. They answered any questions we had and did great job of cleanup upon completion.

Mom glided onto her bench seat using the new hand holds. New water lines gave us pressure we didn’t know we had! Temperature adjustment quick with just a slight touch. Told her this was the easiest ever and she said remember that it was so NICE!!!

There was constance communication on how they were doing & where I wanted shelves & safety bars. They put plastic & traps all over & the bathroom. The bathroom was cleaner when they left. We had Ken out for a quote for two bathrooms and quickly realized we were making the right decision both with the product and the company. We were not looking to add tile and more maintenance to our everyday life. Ken did not try and oversell us but we ended up going top notch on both of our bathrooms as we pursued the options. On Fb 18 you and your guys…….Jason and Bill…..spent the day with us. You all promptly arrived at 8AM and went to work only taking a break for lunch. After removing her walk in tub, at mom’s request you all took it down all those stairs to the basement. Jason and Bill did a fabulous job. They worked steadily all day….even in installed a previously purchased vanity for her. At days end, everything was clean. No debris remained. Ready to use! They even put down cloths to keep her livingroom carpet clean as they were going in and out. You were all pleasant and nice. Would hire you again in a heart beat!

I waited 6 months to write my review to really make sure it was worth it. AND IT TOTALLY IS! I am extremely happy with the job and is for several reasons: great quality, super easy cleanup, nice design, and reasonable price. Now, for me the best thing was the guys who did the installation. They installed the tub, walls, ceiling, all fixtures, cabinets, mirror, hangers, towel racks, EVERYTHING PERFECTLY (and they were done in two days!) A few weeks after they left, I call them to ask some questions and they came home without hesitation. I was lucky to have them home. They were polite and respectful with my wife and kids and worked all day long. I have another bathroom to redo in the future and I am certainly calling them back, they do a PERFECT JOB.

Our bathroom was in desperate need for a makeover and we finally did it! About 12 yrs ago we had another local business come out and install a tub and shower and they left us with a disaster!!! Tub was too small and exposed fiberglass and beams for years. Holes in floor and leakage. Their statement, after the fact, was we install not repair. A little tidbit they did not share prior to repair. So fast forward to now. We used PRIME BATH AND HOME SOLUTIONS OF ILLINOIS and they were hands down…AMAZING!!! I should also mention they came right to my house, with samples and choices, never even had to leave my home. We are so extremely happy with their work. They installed the shower surround, tub, sink cabinet, vanity, lights and ceiling fan, toilet, new flooring, put new trim up along floor, door, and window, they even hung my new blinds!!! We noticed a couple days later the sink developed a crack in it and they came right out and fixed it immediately. Their guys were incredibly polite and so kind. Nearly felt like I had friends remodeling my bathroom, not people I had just met that day. Oh man, and HARD WORKERS, too. My least favorite room in the entire house has now become my favorite!
