He explained everything they were going to do. Showed us options and answered all our questions. We scheduled the installation. Steve, Alex and Tony came to do it. They were on time and the nicest men ever. I had a doctors appointment so we had to leave. We were gone for a couple hours and when we came back the old tub and shower was out and and the new shower floor unit was already in. They were working hard on getting ready to install the walls. We did a tub-to-shower conversion. Steve and Alex were extremely professional and friendly. They filled us in on the phases of the job, and put up with my persnicketiness when I came home from work toward the end of the day. They also cleaned up during and after. Wonderful. The result looks splendid and we are very happy to have used Prime Baths, not just for the work but also for the reasonable price!
