Upgraded my shower
Last month Casey and Ryan replaced my old shower with a new and better one. They did an excellent job on the installation and they did the work exactly as discussed as Garrison had described it when he visited to show us the options available. Ryan and Casey worked as quickly and thoroughly as they could and did finish the work in a day. I am now enjoying my forever shower. Now I am waiting for my wife to decide the timing for updating the bathtub in the other bathroom. I highly recommend Prime Baths to do the work if you are looking to update your bathroom.
Walk-In Shower
Prime Baths removed our tub and tiles and installed a new walk-in shower. We are extremely pleased with the results. It was installed in one day as promised. Our installer Ryan and his helper Casey were great and did a wonderful cleanup. We would definitely recommend Prime Baths; they were very professional and did a great job.
Old Bath to walk-in Shower
I agree with Shirley W. as she wrote “Please don't hesitate to reach out and REQUEST this team!” Fernando and Derek were excellent at their job. Efficient and surprisingly quiet too. Cleaned up so nice. A+ to both. Would highly recommend.
Shower replacement
We had our tub removed and a new shower installed and were extremely pleased with the results. From our initial office contract to Krivo, design specialist , who guided us through the entire process. Our installer Ryan and his helper Casey had done a tremendous job on the installation of the shower and the surrounding area. We did have a minor problem which we had notified Prime Baths with the problem resolved the following day. We definitely recommend Prime Baths for you remodeling needs, they are a very professional company to work with.

Amazing workers ! They were here before the scheduled time and stayed late to make sure we were satisfied and very happy with our new walk-in shower . It is amazing highly recommend them!!!
Left in the dark
We have been waiting for quite some time to have our bathroom completed. We were told 2 weeks, so I reached out and was told on July 17 that it would be another 2 weeks out. It's coming up on nearly 2 months and we aren't able to wait any longer so I have to move forward with another company. Sadly, when I had applied for financing, my credit took a hard inquiry hit. I should have known from the missed first home quote that this wouldn't have been a good company to work with, they forgot they had an appointment with me and didn’t show up. I was truly looking forward to getting my bathroom remodeled and even went as far as pulling cash out of the equity in my home. Such a shame to have to start over.
Shower install
Overall great experience with this company. I would highly recommend them. I am not sure of the service location we used. Everyone we talked to, communicated with were very knowledgeable and super friendly.
